Macbook Air - All New Laptop - Light as a feather?

Check out this article from Paul Escandon. Its all about the new Mac Airbook which was just announced by Apple yesterday at the Consumer Electronics tradeshow. According to Paul, the new Macbook Air is not going to be a worthy computer for video editors, especially since as of now there is no firewire connection. I disagree with him about his thinking that consumers aren't going to find this release of the thinnest notebook ever by Apple a hot item and gobble it up like the did the with the new Iphone when it was announced a year ago. I've checked it out on Apple's website and it seems to solve some of the weight issues associated with lugging your laptop around. The laptop is nearly as thin as your index finger, which is around 35% thinner than the Macbook Pro I am typing these words on. As long as you are looking for a computer that will be easy to transport, you should consider the Macbook Air. If you are editing a ton of video, you should stick with a firewire compatible computer like the Macbook Pro or a Mac Desktop Computer for maximum computing power. Order now from the
