Like Pond5.com - Allows upload of Footage or purchase and download. It includes: Setting Your Own Price to Sell Footage, Footage goes as low as $10 per clip to over $200+. You have two choices to upload your clips: the Java uploader, and FTP. Artists earn 50% royalties on all clip sales. Payments are made monthly, either by check or directly into your Paypal account. Payments go out on the 15th of each month, for sales during the previous month (so your earnings from clip sales in June will be credited to you on July 15). There is a $25 minimum payout amount.

and make 30% of earnings for each clip and they have a max price of $50 per clip of 5 to 60 seconds.
They also sell stock photos. The current payout is $0.25 (US) per download. That means that at just 2000 downloads/month, you can earn $500 (US) per month!
